Design Innovation
When it comes to design, our innovative approach combines AI-driven design tools, 3D virtual sampling, and locally-based design teams to develop collections that meet both creative and commercial goals.
With our integrated Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, we ensure seamless collaboration between designers, fabric specialists, and production teams – streamlining the development process from concept to final product.
Product Development
We support every stage of development, from sourcing sustainable fabrics and developing custom textiles, to advanced printing, embroidery, and finishing techniques. Our expert team specialises in materials for both apparel and homeware, with efficient sampling processes designed to reduce lead times.
With sustainability and ethics at the heart of what we do, all materials are ethically sourced, including a wide range of organic and recycled fibres.
Design Capabilities
FTS Global’s Product Development Centres give partners access to a team of fabric sourcing experts, print and CAD designers, and a design team experienced in virtual 3D design. We create exclusive print artworks, detailed embroidery designs, and offer 3D garment simulation for a realistic, sustainable approach to development.
Our in-house Sample Room produces high-quality first samples, whether for creative inspiration or pre-production approval.
